What we handle
The one everybody calls about. Bark scorpions climb, squeeze through a gap the width of a credit card and glow under UV light.
Most are harmless and a few are not. We treat the harbourage, not just the web you can see.
Noisy, harmless and relentless. They also bring in the spiders and scorpions that eat them.
They move indoors when the heat climbs and breed fast once they find water.
A trail on the counter is the tail end of a colony somewhere else. That is what gets treated.
Mice and rats look for shelter as the nights cool. Gaps around pipes and garage doors are the usual way in.
They breed in standing water after the monsoon. Clearing the water matters as much as the treatment.
Mesa yards are full of surprises, particularly those of the pest variety. Our hot, arid climate is the perfect fit for all sorts of creepy crawlies, from venomous scorpions and dangerous spiders to downright obnoxious crickets.Pest Pros, Mesa
How it works
Integrated Pest Management, which is the long name for not spraying blind.
We start with a look around the house and the yard, inside and out, and work out what you actually have and where it is coming from.
Same-day treatment where we can, aimed at what the inspection found. Kid friendly, pet friendly and environment friendly products.
A recurring plan keeps it from coming back. We recommend no more than two months between treatments, because desert pests rebound quickly.
Service plans
For houses, yards and garages across the East Valley.
For restaurants, offices, retail and rental property.
